Privacy notice
Your conversations deserve careful handling.
This notice describes the privacy approach for the current private Juno release. It should be reviewed by legal counsel before a public launch.
What Juno processes
Juno processes account details, audio you intentionally record or upload, transcripts, generated notes, and follow-up tasks so the service can provide its core features.
Recording consent
You are responsible for telling participants and obtaining every permission required in your location before recording. Juno asks you to confirm consent before capture begins.
Service providers
Audio and transcripts may be sent to the transcription and language-model providers selected for your workspace. Infrastructure providers may also process data to host and secure the service.
Access and deletion
Contact the Juno operator to request access to or deletion of your account data. Product controls for self-service deletion will be added before wider availability.
